PDG Domus-Luxury Affordable Homes

For Developers

Developing a Partnership

Owning a home lies at the heart of the American dream.  A home is the foundation for families, a source of stability for communities, and it serves as the bedrock of many Americans' financial security.  Yet the dream of a high quality affordable home still eludes many potential homeowners.

As a developer, you know the effort that is required to provide the highest quality home to as many buyers as possible, and deliver them in a time frame that meets or exceeds their expectations.  You also know the difficulty in finding trained and dependable workers who will build these homes on time with minimal supervision.  And with escalating interest rates, you realize the faster you build, the quicker you can maximize your return on developed land and delivered houses.

Founded in 1996, PDG Domus was created to provide luxury affordable homes built upon technologies originating in the automotive, aircraft and high-rise construction industries.   By combining superior construction materials with modern manufacturing technologies and highly skilled craftsmen, we are able to deliver interchangeable components that can be combined to create homes with a wide variety of floor plans and exterior elevations.

We are looking to develop strategic relationships with builders who share a desire to provide state-of-the-art housing using advanced construction techniques mostly unheard of in the home building industry.  We believe our PDG Domus® homes will compliment your overall site development plan while providing a significant economic benefits.

The unique characteristic of a PDG Domus home starts with the use of welded structural steel components as the framework, much like the structure of the world’s largest skyscrapers.   The exterior walls are made by casting a ceramic/polymer composite material originally used to produce car and truck bodies due to its safety and durability. As a result, we can provide a structure that is resistant to hurricanes, fire proof and capable of being built on almost any lot imaginable.

The application of this casting technology also provides a wide range of exterior treatments replicating the look of any building material available such as wood, brick, stone or stucco.  Styles of homes can easily vary from one, two or three story models with elevations ranging from Cape Cod to Victorian and everything in between.

The advancements in casting technology provide other significant benefits as well.  Besides an exterior that is virtually maintenance free and resistant to bugs, mold and rot we think the most significant benefits are safety and energy efficiency.   The insulation factor is nearly double today’s high-end luxury homes and the resistance to burning is better by more than five-fold.

By integrating modern technology and materials with conventional designs, we are able to give the homebuyer the best of both worlds – an elegant high-quality, low-maintenance, affordable home with up-to-date features and conveniences.  As a result, we can compliment homes of any level of design or price scale you are building in the development.

Our style of manufacturing is reminiscent of high production automobile assembly lines.  We start with a basic framework and then add on standard option packages.   And like the top European car manufacturers, we maintain the same level of quality across all class levels of homes.

Our components are built inside modern factories by highly trained craftsman giving structures that have a 1/16th of an inch tolerance. As a result, we deliver a wide variety of high quality homes with a swift turnaround time and quick installation.  What this means for you is fast development of land, a faster return on investment, and less borrowing time.  And since we are committed to the highest standards, you maintain your well-earned reputation.

Attractive and well-built built homes delivered and installed on schedule, within budget; minimized labor issues and high production rates provide homes built to meet and exceed high-end luxury alternatives.   These are just a few of the key features of a PDG Domus home.  As a strategic partner with us, the benefits are an enhanced bottom line and a strengthened reputation in the industry.
